What Is Love

LOVE?

Love is not a game,
         To be played.
Love is sharing,
Love is giving,
Love is what gives,
         Life a meaning.

Love is not a word,
         To be expressed.
Love is kind,
And sometimes mad,
Love is what brings,
         Peace of mind.

Love is not a toy,
         To be destroyed.
Love is caring,
Love is joy,
Love is what shows,
         True feeling.

Love is not a tool,
         To be used,
Love is laughter,
And sometimes tears,
Love is what talks,
         Through silence.

Love is not what,
         To be betrayed,
Love is hope,
Love is life,
Love is what makes,
         You and me one soul…
