Senna Pictures was founded by the noted Playwright, Poet, Screenwriter, Novelist and Filmmaker Ata Servati. Mr. Servati started his career by combining his talents to piece together whole plays. He is a spiritual man following the path of such legends as Rumi, Omar Khayyam and Hafez. He is a man who receives premonitions in his dreams and relates it to his spirituality.

Ata Servati moved to the United States just before the height of a National Rebellion in his homeland of Iran. Mr. Servati found his love of entertainment at an early age and spent his formative years honing his craft, which eventually lead him to act, direct and produce productions of all kinds throughout the world.

When deciding to begin a full Production Company, he chose to name his company after the one thing in life he loved even more than movies: his daughter. So then, was the birth of Senna Pictures.

Senna pictures is now ready to launch into a new era of filmmaking that will not only bring Senna Pictures to a new level, but will impact a new generation of moviegoing audiences around the world.

Mr Servati's historical novel In Search of Heaven was released internationally in May 2006 to massive media coverage. Mr. Servati is currently preparing to release four new novels, In Search Of Love, Baba, and Married to the Well. He is also releasing his latest poetry book entitled I Am a Lotus, with all proceeds donated to the starving children of the world.

The feature film based on the book In Seach Of Heaven is currently in development, to be released in 2010. Also, the feature film Celfish, written and directed by Mr. Servati, is currently in preproduction.
